About the game
Get ready for a royal twist on your favorite board game! Sequence Queens takes the essence of classic Sequence and adds a layer of strategy and intrigue that will keep you thinking. The main premise remains the same: you play cards from your hand to claim matching spaces on the 10x10 main board, aiming to form a sequence of five gems in a row. But the true crown of victory isn't won just here. To truly win, you must master the new Queens Court, a secondary 4x6 board. Here, you'll use pairs of cards from your hand to place gems and form an Alliance of three gems in a row. Each Alliance you form in the Queens Court rewards you with an extra card, expanding your options and giving you more bargaining power. The queens are the true stars of the show, with special abilities that can change the course of the game. In the Queens Court, all queens are wild for forming pairs, and a pair of queens allows you to remove an opponent's gem and place one of your own. On the main board, one-eyed queens remove a gem, while two-eyed queens act as powerful wilds. And to add an even more elegant thematic touch, the traditional kings and jacks have been replaced with Knights and Ladies. Sequence Queens promises to be a dynamic and strategic game, perfect for those seeking a familiar experience with an extra touch of depth and interaction.
