About the game
What you do in a play session
Spheres of Influence is a light and dynamic war game for 2 to 8 players where you take control of powerful factions on a modern world map. The goal? Dominate spheres of influence, capitals and oil reserves to become the global superpower. With quick mechanics and rounds divided into mobilization and action phases, the game keeps everyone engaged at all times. The turn order is random, creating delicious suspense - you never know when you'll act! In smaller games, each player controls multiple factions, adding an extra layer of strategy. Combat is simple but strategic, with dice and situational modifiers that simulate real challenges like attacking a defended coastline. Special cards allow for epic maneuvers like nuclear strikes or airborne assaults. Get ready for betrayals, volatile alliances and loads of geopolitical fun!
