In Sub Terra II: Inferno's Edge, you and your friends transform into a team of fearless explorers, delving into the treacherous depths of a volcanic temple. The goal? To steal a legendary artifact before the volcano decides to erupt and turn everyone into ash! Prepare for an adrenaline-fueled cooperative adventure where every move counts and collaboration is the key to survival.
The game unfolds on a modular board that is progressively revealed as you explore. Each added tile can bring a new challenge: deadly traps, scorching lava flows, or the temple's mysterious guardians, who are not too happy about your visit. Using action points, players must carefully plan their moves, deciding whether to stick together to share skills or split up to cover more ground and speed up the search.
To reach the artifact, you need to find and activate three keys scattered throughout the temple. But time is a constant enemy! The volcano is increasingly unstable, and with each round, new dangers emerge. Tiles can flip, revealing lava flows that will chase the adventurers, increasing the pressure to find the way back before it's too late. Sub Terra II is a race against the clock and against the very fury of nature, testing the team's ability to adapt and make decisions under pressure.
