Ever faced the dilemma of wanting to grow fast while knowing the cost might be high? Terra Futura puts you right in that scenario! Here, you are the architect of a new civilization, tasked with building your perfect territory using a 3x3 card grid. The key to success is building an efficient resource engine, but watch out: the shortcut to wealth often involves heavy pollution. Every time you place a card in your grid, it activates the entire row and column where it sits, requiring master-level strategic planning to avoid gaps or wasted potential. You can choose a 'clean' approach, focusing on sustainability, or accelerate your industrial production, accepting the risk of polluting your territory. If pollution gets out of hand, it can literally block your cards and steal your points at the end. It's a sprint of efficiency that ends once everyone completes their 9 cards. Ultimately, balance is everything: you'll gain bonuses for accumulated resources and secret objectives, but be ready for a heavy penalty if your territory turns into an industrial wasteland. It's a fast-paced, clever game that makes you think twice before every move!
