About the game
What you do in a play session
All Manor of Evil drops you and up to four friends into H.P. Lovecraft's creepy manor, where the main goal is to loot valuable relics before madness takes over. Each round starts with players taking secret roles—archaeologist, reporter, warlock, or other mysterious figures—and a hidden agenda. While everyone tries to collect the most artifacts, one or more participants may be scheming to awaken an ancient deity, turning the game into a blend of betrayal and bluffing. Cards are dealt and managed in hand, demanding careful choices about when to play or hold resources. Open drafting lets all players see the relic options and block each other, creating high tension. Simultaneous action selection means no one knows what the opponent will do until the reveal, adding unpredictability. The game mixes set collection of relics with Take That mechanics, allowing you to steal or sabotage opponents, and includes deduction moments to spot who’s trying to summon the cosmic entity. In about 30‑45 minutes the game moves quickly, but the horror atmosphere and the chance of a player going mad ensure each playthrough is unique and suspenseful. If you enjoy card‑driven strategy, bluffing, and a dash of Lovecraftian terror, All Manor of Evil is a solid pick for short, intense game nights.
