It’s a eurogame disguised as a thematic adventure, where managing time/resources is as crucial as facing the gorgon. The mix of strategies (from market trading to statue sets) ensures replayability. About the game

What you do in a play session

In *Medusa Oschophoria*, you’re a theater producer in Ancient Greece—but here, the perfect set requires... statues of petrified actors! Athena and Poseidon are locked in an artistic war, and only the most epic show will win. Your actors must face Medusa (yes, turning to stone is part of the job description), rescue the statues, and manage resources on an action-packed board. Dice rolls determine resources and movement, while the market allows strategic trades. Beware the push-your-luck mechanic when confronting the gorgon—one wrong move, and your lead actor becomes decor. With 15 dynamic rounds (that may shorten based on choices), the game blends set collection, point-to-point movement, and divine aid. The winner has the best combo of statues, cast cards, and sets. Tie? Art is collective—everyone wins!
