About the game
Dominion: Intrigue thrusts you into the heart of a royal plot, where each player starts with an identical, modest deck of cards. At the center of the table, a card market awaits, allowing you to purchase new additions to your deck as your funds permit. Here's the catch: each round, you build your deck on the fly, choosing cards that will give you the best path to precious victory points. The goal? To be the monarch with the most prosperous kingdom, full of rivers, meadows, and, of course, more trees! You want a Dominion to call your own!

This version of Dominion is not just a base game, but also an expansion that can be combined with the original Dominion. It adds 25 new Kingdom cards and a complete set of Treasure and Victory cards, expanding your strategic options and replayability. For those who have mastered the intricacies of Dominion, Intrigue can be played standalone, offering a complete experience. But if you're a newcomer or want an extra dose of chaos and strategy, combine it with the base game for an even more epic match. And the best part? With the added rules, Dominion: Intrigue allows games with up to 6 players at a single table, or up to 8 players divided into two tables, ensuring that the intrigue and fun never end!
